All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances determined by Rajalotre, such as match cancellations or verified technical errors. Players are responsible for ensuring that every bet placed is correct before confirming.
For Sports Betting and e-sports, bet settlements are based on official results announced by the relevant tournament or league governing body. This includes the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), MPL Malaysia, and all other leagues and tournaments listed on the Rajalotre platform.
For Live Casino, lottery, roulette, and table games, the results displayed on the Rajalotre platform after each round or draw are final. For virtual sports, results generated by a certified RNG are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of player expectation or perception.
